We’ve been big fans of Mirko Pasta, ever since Mirko Di Giacomantonio (founder and chef of Figo Pasta in Atlanta) and Stefano Volpi opened their doors to the world. Amazing, fresh pastas and sauces made daily, uncooked pasta you can take home (or a few steps away if you live at Baxter Street Lofts), authentic Italian cheeses, appetizers and carpaccios—fantastico!
